Are you frustrated with the people in your life?

Do you feel a loss of control over your life or feel your life is not turning out the "right" way?

Are you afraid to make mistakes?

Do you procrastinate?

Do you try hard, do your best, but still feel you will never be good enough?

If you answered yes to at least 3 of the questions above, you may be stuck in a pattern that often leaves you feeling sad, empty and hopeless - there is hope and there is help....
